Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Falak. How refunds work depends on where you purchased your subscription.

Purchases made on falak.pro

Subscriptions purchased on this website come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

To request a refund, email [email protected] from the email address you used at checkout and include your order number (you can find it in your receipt email). Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

After the 14-day window, refunds for website purchases are reviewed case by case, in line with applicable consumer protection law.

Purchases made through the Apple App Store

Subscriptions purchased inside the iOS app are billed by Apple, and Apple handles those refunds directly — we are unable to issue App Store refunds ourselves. To request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account you used for the purchase.

Cancelling your subscription

Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Website purchases: use the manage-subscription link in your receipt email, or email [email protected] and we will cancel it for you.
App Store purchases: on your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Falak, then tap Cancel Subscription.
