How does Falak work?
Ask Sky, your AI tutor, anything and get a clear, step-by-step explanation. For deeper study, create a personalized Learning Path, or upload your materials to the Knowledge Bank so Falak can read them and generate study notes, flashcards, quizzes, and exams — all built around your own syllabus.
What's the difference between free and the paid subscription?
The free experience lets you try Falak. The paid subscription unlocks expanded generation from your materials, extended conversations with Sky, and exam mode. It's available on two plans:
- Weekly — $14.99
- Quarterly (3 months) — $24.99
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
All subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store, not inside Falak. To cancel:
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Choose Falak from the list.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
Your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period, then won't renew. You can also reach subscription management inside the app via More → Settings → Manage Subscription.
How do I restore my purchases?
If you switch devices or reinstall the app, open the subscription screen in Falak and tap Restore Purchases, or go to More → Settings → Restore Purchases. Your active subscription is recovered instantly when you sign in with the same Apple account.
Which languages are supported?
Falak supports 30+ languages — including Arabic, English, and many more. You can change the interface language in the app's settings, and speak to Sky in whichever language feels natural to you.
How do I upload materials to the Knowledge Bank?
From the Knowledge Bank screen, create a new shelf and upload PDFs or your notes. Falak reads them and uses the content to generate summaries, flashcards, and quizzes built from your own materials. Your files stay private to you.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your files and materials are private to your account and are never shared with other students. To learn how your data is collected, used, and protected, see our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account?
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data. Follow the steps on our Account Deletion page, or email us at [email protected] and we'll help.
I'm having trouble logging in — what should I do?
Make sure you're connected to the internet and using the correct account credentials. If the issue persists, fully close and reopen the app, then try again. If you still can't sign in, email [email protected] with a description of what you see.
The app crashes or freezes — how do I fix it?
Try these steps in order:
- Fully close the app and reopen it.
- Make sure Falak is updated to the latest version from the App Store.
- Restart your device.
- If it keeps crashing, email [email protected] with your device model and OS version.
How do I request a refund?
All payments are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled directly through them:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
- Select your Falak purchase.
- Tap Request a refund and follow the prompts.
